1) Who we are & scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Combination Tracker mobile app operated by Oneless85 (“we”).
The App provides lottery information and tools. It does not enable betting or real‑money transactions and is not affiliated with official operators. Intended for users 18+.
2) Data we process
- Device identifiers & signals: Android Advertising ID (AAID)*, OS/App version, system language/region, basic performance data from Google SDKs (so ads and billing work).
- Purchase info: Google Play Billing purchase tokens/receipts to unlock features (e.g., remove ads). We do not receive card numbers.
- Consent: ad consent state via Google UMP (where required in EEA/UK).
- Camera (when using the scanner): used solely to read ticket bar/QR codes. On‑device processing; no images are stored or uploaded to our servers.
- Local preferences: language, country/game, favourite combinations — stored on your device only.
*You can reset or delete the AAID in Android settings.
3) What we do not collect
- No accounts; no real name, personal email, address, contacts or precise GPS location.
- No sensitive profiles (health, religion, etc.).
4) Purposes
- Functionality: show results/stats, manage favourites, manual checker.
- Advertising: serve ads (personalised or not, per consent) and measure performance (AdMob).
- Payments: process purchases and restore entitlements (Play Billing).
- Security/abuse: prevent fraud/abuse and ensure availability.
5) Legal bases (GDPR)
- Contract (provide core features).
- Legitimate interests (security, anti‑abuse, minimal technical metrics).
- Consent (personalised ads/consent where required).
6) Sharing with third parties
We share data only with providers that enable the App:
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal data.
7) International transfers
Google services may process data outside the EU/EEA with appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).
8) Retention
- Local preferences: until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
- Purchase tokens: as long as needed for entitlements and tax requirements.
- Ad consent: until changed by you.
9) App permissions
INTERNET/ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — fetch results/online content and ads.POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+) — optional; you can disable.CAMERA — scanner only; on‑device.com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID — AAID for AdMob.
10) Controls
- Manage ad consent in‑app (UMP).
- Reset/delete AAID: Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Manage permissions in Android settings.
11) Accuracy & disclaimer
We strive for accuracy, but delays/errors or third‑party outages can occur. The App is provided “as‑is”, without warranties. Always verify with official sources. We are not liable for decisions made based on the information shown.
12) Children
For users 18+. If you are underage, please do not use the App.
13) Your rights
Subject to law, you can request access, rectification, erasure, objection or portability. Contact us at ricardop.apk.s@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
14) Changes
We may update this Policy; the current version/date appear at the top. Significant changes may be announced in‑app.
